Welcome to N&T Heating, Cooling and Ventilation LLC. By accessing or using our website, scheduling tools, communication channels, or HVAC services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services Provided
   N&T Heating provides residential and light commercial HVAC services, including installation, replacement, repair, and maintenance. All services are subject to availability and may require an on-site assessment.

2. Estimates and Appointments
   Estimates are based on the information available at the time of the visit. Appointment windows are approximate and may vary due to weather, emergencies, or service conditions.

3. Communication Consent
   By contacting us through phone, text message, website forms, or email, you consent to receive communications related to scheduling, service updates, reminders, and follow-ups. Message and data rates may apply.

4. Text Messaging Terms
   By opting in to receive text messages from N&T Heating, you agree that standard carrier rates may apply, you may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, and your information will not be sold or shared for marketing.

5. Payments
   Payment terms will be provided on estimates, invoices, or service agreements. Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Card on File Requirement
   We do require a valid card on file to book appointments. A secure payment request will be sent to your email for all appointment types, including but not limited to dispatch fees, weekend appointments, holiday appointments, and diagnostic fees.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
   A minimum two-hour cancellation notice is required. Cancellations made within two hours of the appointment will be charged the $130.00 trip charge fee. Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments by contacting our office. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel due to safety concerns, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Warranty
   Warranties vary by manufacturer and service type. Warranty details will be provided on your estimate or invoice.

9. Limitation of Liability
   N&T Heating is not liable for damages resulting from misuse of equipment, pre-existing issues, or failure to follow recommended maintenance.

10. Website Use
    All content on our website is the property of N&T Heating and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

11. Changes to Terms
    We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.​
