Proper maintenance of an air conditioner will improve its performance, reliability, efficiency and extend its life. This should be done at least every quarter (4 times a year).
By determining the level of maintenance your equipment
requires, an agreement defining the type, quantity and schedule of maintenance can be developed. We also offer failure coverage for parts,
labor and/or refrigerant, so that unexpected repair expenses are avoided.
Our basic contracts include
a general tune-up, inspection, cleaning of the system, an air filter change, inspection and cleaning of the inside and outside coils,
a check for proper air flow, and a check of all electrical connections.
In addition, the first time your unit is serviced, we check the refrigerant levels.
All Contracts include 2-inch pleated filters, as an upgrade from the
cheap fiberglass filters. Upgrading the efficiency of the filter will remove smaller particles and will help maintain the equipment as well as the health
of your employees and customers.
